As a policy, we do not offer Return, Exchange, or Refund on products delivered in perfect condition as per the order placed. However, if the product:

Has a genuine manufacturing or quality defect, or

Is damaged during shipping,
we will gladly facilitate a Return, Exchange, or Refund as per the terms outlined below.
In rare cases where a product gets damaged in transit, we take full responsibility, so you can shop with complete confidence.
Eligibility for Return & Exchange
Please note the following conditions for Return and Exchange:

Handmade & Hand-Painted Products: Minor variations in color, texture, painting, polish, finish, shape, weight, and size are natural and make each product unique. Return & Exchange will not apply for such natural variations.

Wooden Products: Hairline cracks may develop over time due to temperature and climate changes. This is a natural process and is not considered a defect.

Antiques & Vintage Collections: These are authentic, aged items and may have imperfections, dents, blemishes, or color variations. Such characteristics add to their originality and charm. Return & Exchange will not be applicable in these cases.

Product Variation from Photos: Handmade, hand-painted, or vintage products will never be 100% identical to photographs. Variations in shade, finish, or pattern are expected and celebrated. Refund/Return/Exchange cannot be claimed for these differences.

Products Purchased During Sale: Items purchased in a sale or on discount cannot be returned or exchanged.

Timeline: Concerns regarding incorrect, damaged, or defective products must be reported within 3 business days of delivery. Beyond this period, no claims will be entertained.

Condition of Returned Items: Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, undamaged condition, with original packaging and tags intact.

Incorrect Address or Refusal of Delivery: If a customer provides an incorrect/incomplete address or refuses delivery, and the shipment is returned after multiple attempts, Return & Exchange will not be applicable. Additional shipping charges will apply for re-dispatch.

International Orders: If a customer refuses to pay customs duties or fails to collect the shipment from the shipping agency, Return & Exchange will not be applicable.
The above conditions apply to both domestic and international purchases.
Eligibility for Refund
Refunds will only be applicable under the following circumstances:
